2T cocoa
2 1/2 c cake flour
1t salt
1 1/2 c sugar
1 1/2c canola oil
2 eggs
2T red color
1t vanilla
1c buttermilk
2t white vinegar
1 1/2t baking soda

whisk flour cocoa salt. in sep bowl beat sugar and oil add egg one at a time mix in color and vanilla on low alt in three flour w/ buttermilk mix baking soda and vinegar add to mixture mix 10 sec
