cream filled cupcakes

1c butter
3/4c cocoa powder
2c flour
2t baking powder
1/2t baking soda
1/2t salt
2c sugar
3 eggs
1c sour cream

filling
1 1/2c marshmallow fluff
1/2c butter

350 25-30 min
whisk cocoa flour baking powder soda and salt
beat butter and sugar add eggs one at a time on low add 1/2 of flour the sour cream then rest of flour

for filling cream marshmallow and butter until smooth chill 15 min then pipe into center of cupcakes
