caramel cake

3/4c butter
1c milk
2c all purpose flour
2 3/4t baking powder
1/2t salt
4 eggs
2c sugar
1t vanilla

frosting
2 2/3c brown sugar
1/2c butter
7T evap milk
1t vanilla

325 25-30min
combine butter and milk in sauce pan over low remove from heat when butter melted. combine flour baking powder and salt in sep bowl beat sugar and eggs 3-5 min until light yellow stir flour into eggs then add cooled milk and vanilla stir well

frosting
in sauce pan combine brown sugar butter milk and vanilla bring to boil adj heat so frosting bubbles genlty cook 7 min then let cool about 5min beat 2-3 min until thick
